Retreat program Rates starting from $675 +HST*
Book early! Retreat spots are limited and the special pre-release retreat rate* of $675 is available for a short time only. Accommodation rates will vary depending on the option you choose. In accordance with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) guidelines and regulations, Retreat Program Rates and Accommodation Rates must be outlined and paid for separately.
In order to offer the widest possible price point and to accommodate various budgets, we have negotiated a number of outstanding accommodation options in Victoria and nearby. See Accommodation to determine pricing.

Pre-release rate (To MaY 15) — $675 + HST
Early bird rate (to july 15) — $750 + HST
Regular rate (AFTER july 15) — $825 + HST
PRE-RELEASE Rates available until july 15, 2019
Rates will increase by $75 after this date
In order to receive the special pre-release rate, full payment is due at time of registration; please note that in the case of cancellation, a $150 administration fee will be applied to all refunds
For early bird and regular rates, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is due at the time of registration; remaining balances are due by July 15th, 2019
There will be no refunds on cancellations after July 15th, 2019

Previous One Life Writing and Yoga with Joshua retreat participants
Group Booking Incentive Discount (groups of 3 or more participants registering at the same time will each receive a $50 discount on early bird or regular rates)
One scholarship covering the full cost of retreat programming will be offered to a yoga teacher living in the Maritimes. Check out the scholarship page for information. Apply by June 15.
Special Island Rate! Local participants not requiring overnight accommodations or meals are eligible for a special rate (conditions apply, please inquire)
PRIVATE accommodation From $107/night + HST
Check out Accommodation options to determine your accommodation pricing. Please note that you are required to organize payment and deposit for your accommodation directly through your preferred accommodation venue. A limited number of rooms can be shared.
For retreat participants staying at The Orient, accommodation bookings can be made directly through the hotel. Be sure to mention that you are part of the Write by the Sea writing retreat.

Please contact The Orient Hotel to secure your room of choice, and to inquire about payment options and cancellation policy. Accommodations must be purchased within two weeks of registering for the retreat.
